Always get great service from this REI. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I want to give a shout out to Bobby in their bike shop. He took time out of his day to walk me through replacing my tubeless valves and changing out the sealant. Not an easy or quick task. He also saved the day and recommended a better size valve for my rims, which thankfully he had in stock. Very patient and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process. He also took the time afterwards to make sure my bike was all set, including the air pressure in my front shocks, and the rebound settings were optimal for my preference. Great all around service!

Saw the recent review about the Yakima bike rack and I have to disagree. The bike shop staff spent quite a lot of time with me aiding me in finding the perfect bike rack, ended up with a Yakima. While Yakima does not include any instructions with their equipment, REI staff was incredibly helpful and patient with assisting me in putting the rack on my car. This guy was laying on the ground in 90° degree heat under my car to help me. After a successful 1,000+ mile trip with the rack, I had to go back to REI for help in taking it off. They gave me a great lesson so I could do it on my own the next time. I appreciated their patience and information!

The people that work here are not it. If you are a person of color, do not buy here. Take your business else where. You will not be seen as a person and no one will even bother to give you the time of day. The only reason this place is even getting two stars is because they has a good sale.

Multiple employees were asking if we needed help, that is always is a welcome sight to see.
Krystal was super helpful today getting me set up with a bike and accessories. This is my first bike with gears so she gave me a quick tutorial and let me test drive in the parking lot, made sure the fit was good, etc etc. They installed all the accessories I bought on site in about 20 minutes and now the bike is ready to go!
